Fiesta Toy Store uses multiple shipping rules to determine shipping and handling charges. Please see your shopping cart for an estimate of the exact shipping charges pertaining to your order.  In the unlikely event that shipping charges will be different than originally estimated, you will be notified by email before charges are made to the credit card.

Orders for electronic animals and Little Adventures will be mailed USPS.

Most orders ship through FedEx, UPS, or USPS, and are generally delivered in 7 to 10 business days.  Call when ordering expedited shipping to confirm availability.  Expedited is available for most items.  Please call for conformation. For a shipping quote call customer service or send an email to

Privacy Policy

All information you enter when you place your order will be used solely for processing your order. We do not distribute or sell your information in any way. Our website is encrypted using SSL which secures your information. If you do not feel comfortable placing your order online, please call customer service.


If you need to return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving your order, please email us for a return authorization number. This number should be written on the outside of the returned package and helps insure your order is taken care of quickly. Returned items must be sent back in new, re-saleable condition to be eligible for a credit or exchange. When we receive your return, we will credit you back for the amount of your purchase minus the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Items that are sent back for an exchange are exempt from the restocking fee. For defective items please note the problem in the email when requesting the return authorization number.
