Bold Buddies Hand Puppets – Ages 2-6

$19.99

Easy for children and caregivers to role-play together! Four simple glove puppets in a coordinated theme can act out a scene together, or be used separately for simple puppet play. Either way, they are great for developing motor skills, hand-eye coordination, communication skills, self-confidence, parent-child bonding, and so much more!

Made with brightly patterned, washable fabrics and built to last, these soft and sweet hand puppets are sure to be go-to toys for years to come. Bold Buddies Hand Puppets include a knight, pirate, sheriff, and superhero.

Great for Ages 2-6 Years.

Discover More Ways to Play:

1. Help the child identify each puppet. Help the child give each puppet a name.

2. Help the child describe the key details on the puppets' outfits (for example: the sheriff's badge, the knight's helmet, the pirate's eye patch, or the superhero's mask).

3. Use the puppets to ask the child questions, and let the child ask questions of the puppets, too. For instance, the puppets might ask the child what it's like to be a kid, or ask about favorite snacks, games, or friends.

4. Place one puppet on your hand and one on the child's hand. Use your puppet to ask the child's puppet questions. For instance, “I like riding my horse. What's your favorite way to exercise?”

5. Use the puppets to act out a scene for the child. For instance, you could pretend the pitrate is in a panic because he can't find his pet parrot, Polly. The sheriff could come to reassure his friend that Polly is in his pocket! Allow the child to join in the scene or simply observe.

6. Use the puppets to act out challenging social scenes and encourage the child to help resolve them. For instance, perhaps the superhero and pirate are squabbling because they both want to borrow the sheriff's lasso, but then the knight saves the day by suggesting that they take turns.

7. Encourage the child to make up a story of his or her own and act it out as a puppet show.
